Consultation appointments

For extensive treatments, such as implants, prosthetics and dental prosthetics, we offer you the service of a comprehensive consultation appointment. The period of the consultation appointments is between 15-30 minutes, longer if required.

During the consultation, your wishes are clarified and the various options on the treatments above are explained, always with a view to your wishes and needs. In order that the alternatives presented are tangible, we have the option of presenting you a wealth of examples based on image and model materials

Once you have decided for the best solution for you, we compile a treatment plan and cost overview (estimate) that you can submit to your health insurance company for the purpose of partial reimbursement of costs and - very importantly - we explain to you the costs reimbursable from the insurance.

Patient information events

„Dental health - beauty - dental implants - immediate implantation - bone grafting - biological full ceramic“ and many more besides are the medical buzzwords in the media world. We would like to inform you about the current trends in dentistry and the proven therapy concepts for boundless quality of life. The patient information events take place in our surgery facilities at the stated dates at 8.00 pm. You should put approx. 1-1.5 hours aside for these information events. During the event, we would be pleased to answer your questions and on request to arrange an individual consultation appointment.

Pain patients

We have reserved certain time slots for pain patients during our surgery opening times.

Please find out by phone in advance which time slot we can offer you. Because there is nothing worse than sitting for a long time in the waiting room with toothache.

We regret that in case of pain we cannot always offer your favourite dentist.

Referred patients

Our high tech diagnostic equipment, the innovative microscopic surgical techniques and our expertise in oral and implant surgery perfectly complements the service spectrum offered by your normal dentist. We coordinate all examinations and treatments with your normal dentist.

Following treatment in our surgery, the treatment can then be continued by your dentist. All the examination results and treatment reports will be in your dentist's hands the next time you attend an appointment.

Cashless payment

We offer you the service that the services rendered can be conveniently paid cashlessly with your ec card, Visa or Mastercard or with American Express.

Assistance in cost planning

As soon as the treatment plan and cost overview (estimate) for your treatment has been submitted to your insurance and you know the level of reimbursement, there is the possibility of another brief consultation appointment.

You can use this if you have problems with the private costs the insurance will not reimburse. In conversation, we can clarify with you whether you wish for an alternative to the treatment plan to be worked out or if your insurance needs a medical statement on the intended treatments in order to reimburse a higher share of the costs.

After completion of treatment, we are there for you of course with medical information for any queries from your insurance.

Recall service

Just so no valuable contributions to your dental treatment from your health insurance are lost, we offer you a recall or reminder service.

This means we write to you and inform you of the next check-up appointment. On receipt of this letter you can arrange the appointment with us which is best for you.

Same day repair service

We have our own dental lab available in our surgery. So we can not only deliver dental prosthetics compliant with the high German standard. We can also optimally adapt for you within a short time and close by. Should a problem arise with your existing dental prosthetics, our specialists would also be pleased to help you. Our repair service manages that the same day in emergencies. Simply give us a quick call.
